Trading Challenge
Hello world, I’d like to share this journey with you.
I am challenging myself to finish each trading day (ASX S&P 200) in profit. If I fail to achieve this then I will not eat for that day.
I am in need of a behavioral shift. I have been paper trading the Australian S&P 200 and the US S&P 500 Index for the past month and have had very little success. I am sure that my lack of success is related to not following my trading strategy (this strategy is fluent, meaning it changes as I learn new stuff) and not truly believing that I am worthy of abundance-wealth.
Worthy of you say, yes worthy of. Part of my personal development journey has unearthed some interesting things. One is the realisation and acceptance that I am my worst enemy. How can we achieve anything in life if we do not in fact believe that we can or that we are worthy of success?
I believe that the world is full of abundance and we can achieve anything providing our why is big enough.
So my objectives are to:
- To trade profitably every day
The link between outcome and food is to help build up my why. One of my mentors says that when the why is big enough change happens. - Discover my path to Abundance (mental and spiritual)
During this challenge I will also be looking at how I can improve, and change if need be, my mental thinking as it relates to financial wealth. - Write in Journal Daily
An excellent way to record your thoughts. I will use this to positively affirm myself helping to change sub conscience thinking and beliefs that I may not be aware of.
This challenge will run from Thursday, 18 September to 1 October 2008.
I will journal my efforts and results daily but will only post twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday.
